Directions for Use

Apply an adequate quantity to clean, damp skin.

Spread evenly and massage gently using circular movements. Adjust the pressure and duration according to the treatment area and skin condition.

Give additional attention to rough areas such as elbows, knees and heels without excessive rubbing.

Remove with warm, damp towels or rinse thoroughly with water. Follow with a suitable body pack, wrap, massage cream, massage oil or moisturising product.
