Essential oils such as Chamomile, Lavender, Bergamot, Thyme, Jasmine, Geranium, Tea Tree, Lemon, Myrrh, and Ylang Ylang are very effective for allergies related to eczema. Chamomile, Geranium, Lavender are very beneficial for dry eczema, however for weeping eczema Bergamot, Juniper are best.
