Directions to Use: 

Wet Massage: For disorders like joint stiffness, frozen shoulder, the potli is dipped in hot oils/boiled water/steam. Massages are given by pressing these hot Potli on your body giving a nice deep rub while gradually increasing the flow of the therapy. Potli massages can be done for as long as 30 minutes.

Dry Potli Massage: For disorders such as Inflammation, the potli is warmed in microwave for 30 sec. (medium). Massages are given by pressing these heated Potli on your body giving a nice deep rub while gradually increasing the flow of the therapy. Potli massages can be done for as long as 30 minutes.
