Aromatherapy can be a helpful addition to a woman's health routine, as it may help with a variety of symptoms associated with menstrual cycles, menopause, and overall well-being. However, it's important to note that aromatherapy should not replace medical advice or treatment, and essential oils should be used with caution and under the guidance of a qualified aromatherapist.

 Symptoms:

  • Menstrual cramps
  • PMS symptoms (such as mood swings, bloating, and headaches)

Peppermint: can help alleviate headaches, fatigue, and relieve menstrual cramps.

Geranium: can help balance hormones and relieve symptoms of PMS and menopause.

A blend that may help with women's health could be:

Mix 1-2 drops of the essential oil blend with a carrier oil and apply to the temples and neck to relieve headaches.

Add 1-2 drops of the essential oil blend to a warm bath to promote relaxation.

Benefits:

  • Relief of menstrual cramps and PMS symptoms
  • Relief of menopausal symptoms
  • Reduced stress and anxiety
  • Improved mood and overall well-being

Safety:

Essential oils should be used with caution and under the guidance of a qualified aromatherapist.

Essential oils should be diluted before use, as they can cause skin irritation or allergic reactions.

Some essential oils should be avoided during pregnancy or with certain medical conditions.

Always do a patch test before using any essential oil blend, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
